RMA Request

If you need to return, exchange, or submit a warranty request, you must fill out the below Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. Once our Tek Support Team receives your information and verifies that your product can be returned, exchanged, or proceed with warranty. 

Please fill out the form below or email support@visiontek.com to submit your RMA request with the information below and proof of purchase. If you need assistance, Tek Support is available Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time.

Please note that when filling out your mailing address, VisionTek can only ship to addresses in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. VisionTek is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
