Shipping & Returns Policy


Return Policy


We offer a 30-day return window on all eligible products—no restocking fees apply.

To Request a Return:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of purchase at 📧 support@visiontek.com or 📞 866-883-5411 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

  2. Include the RMA and a copy of your original invoice with the return.

  3. Items must be in like-new condition, unmodified, and include all original packaging and documentation.

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from www.visiontek.com.

 

Additional Info:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 2 weeks after receipt.

Returns May Be Denied If:

  • Items show physical damage, modification, overclocking, or improper installation.

  • Packaging has been tampered with or certification labels removed.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-configured or personalized products

  • Clearance, refurbished, or open box items

  • Opened storage devices

  • Non-VisionTek branded products

  • Software (bundled or purchased separately)

  • Cloning kits and related software



Shipping Policy


At VisionTek, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, securely, and efficiently.


Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States. Standard rates apply for orders under $50, non-contiguous U.S. locations (including Alaska and Hawaii), and international orders.  If you prefer expedited shipping, please contact us at 866-883-5411 or email support@visiontek.com prior to placing your order.


Order Processing Times:

  • Orders for in-stock items are processed within 48 business hours, Monday through Friday (8 AM–5 PM Central Time, excluding National Holidays).

  • Orders placed Friday after 5 PM CT through Monday 8 AM CT will begin processing that Monday.

  • We begin processing only once full payment or credit card authorization is received and all required information is provided.


Order Limits:

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities of any single product.

  • Each order is limited to a maximum of $2,500 USD, unless otherwise specified through promotions or special offers.

  • For security purposes, only one order per customer account per day is allowed.


Delivery Restrictions:
To help prevent unauthorized use of payment methods, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
