Refund policy

Returns & Return Material Authorization

VisionTek has a 30-day return policy for eligible purchases, beginning when your order item is delivered.

  • No product or material returns will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by VisionTek.
  • All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
  • To obtain an RMA, contact VisionTek Customer Service via e-mail at support@visiontek.com.

Return Material Instructions

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased at www.visiontek.com.
  • Please include a copy of your original purchase, circling the return itemed and placing the  invoice inside the return packaging.
  • Items must be returned complete, unaltered, in "like new" condition, and with original product materials, documentation and packaging for full refund.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returned items.
  • VisionTek does not refund shipping, handling, insurance and / or restocking fees.
  • Any deviation from the return policy or instructions may delay the overall processing time.

Return Material Inspection & Testing

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt in accordance with our inspection criteria and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for refund or replacement. The following criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit:

  • Overclocking, modification, physical damage, improper installation, and/ or unintended use are not eligible for replacement or refund.
  • Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or with labels exhibiting tampering.
  • Products with any standard certification labels removed.
  • Products or packages with barcode label removed.
  • VisionTek may require a restocking fee.

Credits, Refunds, and Exhanges

All authorized refunds will be refunded via the method of payment originally billed. Please note that refund processing may take up to two weeks following the receipt of returned goods. 

  • If an item is being returned for credit or refund, it will be issued once the item has passed inspection, testings and verification.
  • Unfortunately, any shipping, handling, and/or restocking fees are not refundable. 
  • The customer responsibility includes any return shipping charges and fees
  • VisionTek does not refund shipping, handling, insurance and / or restocking fees.
  • All refunds are subject to the financial institutions' processing timelines.

Damage or Shipping Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival, to determine if any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so that we can address your concern and make it right.

Non-returnable items and Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such special orders or personalized items), and made to order goods (such as Memory, RAM, and Solid State Drive (SSD) products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discontinued items, refurbished items, mystery boxes or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

 Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Processing & Notification

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well..
