Warranty Registration

To help ensure warranty claims are valid, as well as expedite any returns, VisionTek requires all products to be registered within 30 days of purchase. Registering your product and uploading a copy of your receipt also helps out Support team quickly issue a service order number in the event a return or warranty claim is necessary.

To register your product, please complete the product registration form below or email support@visiontek.com. If you created an account with VisionTek prior to April 17th, 2017, you may need to reset your password. If you need assistance Tek Support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM Central Standard Time.

Uploading a copy of your purchase receipt is recommended for speedy return authorization should you need to return, exchange, or submit a warranty request during the lifetime of the product’s warranty. Please note that only the following file types are allowed to be uploaded: jpg, gif, png, and pdf. Additionally, we recommend your file name does not contain a space or a dot, as it may alter the file name on upload and could trigger an error.

A Tek Support Agent will respond with the status of your warranty registration as soon as possible.
