SPEED. EFFICIENCY. PERFORMANCE.
DDR5 Memory - 4800MHz - CL40 - 2Rx8 SODIMM - Laptop Memory
KEY FEATURES
- Greater Memory Capacity
- Faster Speeds Than DDR4, Improved Performance
- New More Efficient Power Management Design
- 32 Memory Banks
- XMP 3.0 Support
Improve productivity and performance with DDR5. Featuring faster speeds, DDR5 sports improved performance over DDR4. DDR5's new dedicated power management chip optimizes power efficiency. Increased memory capacity and memory banks allow for faster data transfer in larger batches.
Greater Memory Capacity
Designed to support modules to 128GB DDR5 supports 4x the maximum capacity of previous generation 32GB DDR4 modules. DDR5's higher capacity allows for improved performance in demanding workloads such as photo & video editing, 3D animation and data computation.
Increased Memory Speeds
Unparalleled data transfer speeds compared to DDR4 memory. High performance memory with clock speeds starting at 4800MHz, 50% faster than the highest standard frequency of DDR4 3200MHz Memory.
Better Power Efficiency
Each DDR5 module features a dedicated on-board PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit) chip. This new design allows for more reliable power delivery and improved signal integrity and system stability at higher speeds than previous generation DDR4 memory.
Increased Memory Banks
DDR5 features 32 memory banks doubling the 16 banks of DDR4. The increased onboard storage units allow for more data to be transferred at faster speeds than DDR4.
Intel® XMP 3.0 Support
The performance of DDR5 is increased with support for pre-programed Intel® XMP 3.0 memory profiles. In addition XMP 3.0 supports up to two user customizable profiles that can be saved on the memory module via BIOS on supported motherboards.
