Frequently Asked Questions

My charger stopped charging. What should I do?

Unplug the charger, check device compatibility and alignment, then reconnect. Check and remove any metal objects or debris between the charger and your device.

Why is my charging speed slower than expected?

Use a 45W or greater USB-C power adapter, align the magnets, and use a compatible device. After initial boost charging speed may slow to protect battery health.

Is this charging pad compatible with Android phones?

Yes, select phones such as the Pixel 10 series and some Galaxy phones such as S25 and S26 with Qi2 magnetic cases. See User manual for list of supported devices.

Can I charge my phone with a case on?

Yes. Use a Qi or Magsafe compatible case. For Galaxy S25/S26, use a Qi2 magnetic case no thicker than 3mm.

Why does my phone get warm while charging?

A little heat is completely normal. To keep it cooler and charge faster, try these two things: Remove your phone case so heat can escape. Avoid heavy use like gaming or streaming while it's plugged in.
